Madison Square Garden

At MSG, I designed digital experiences for live entertainment across web and mobile. The work spanned event discovery, venue information, and event-day utilities. Partnering with vendors, engineering teams, and cross-functional leads, I created UI patterns and navigation structures optimized for clarity, and confidence.

venue apps

A suite of mobile tools designed to enhance the live event experience.

Madison Square Garden needed a mobile experience that would help streamline in-venue user journeys across multiple venues. The challenge was delivering utility without overwhelming users or venue and concessions staff. Working as an IC designer alongside engineering vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, I contributed to flows for ticket access, wayfinding, and mobile ordering.

interactive seatmap

A redesigned seating experience to help fans explore and compare with confidence.

Finding the right seat in a live entertainment venue can be complex—ingress, amenities, and sightlines all influence purchasing decisions. This project reimagined the seat selection experience with a scalable, multi-tiered interactive seatmap built to highlight each venue’s real-world structure. As UX/UI lead, I redesigned the seatmaps from blueprints, defined the interaction patterns, and directed in-seat photography of the Arena.
